Project Scope:
– $13 million Two phase project. Phase one encompassed the delicate removal and salvage of the pictured historical courtyard built in 1896.

Phase two encompassed the fit out of the mezzanine levels on the East and West sides for Artifact storage, lab space, offices and exhibit workshops.
