Project Scope:
This new twenty-two bed unit is the first of a six phase Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and Operating Room Renovation project. This phase included the complete demolition of the existing ICU/CCU unit including the exterior windows and MEP systems.  This spacious new state of the art PACU is designed to maximize patient comfort and nurse functionality. Also included in this phase was the addition of a new 50,000 CFM Rooftop Air Handling Unit and demolition of the two old units that previously feed the six (6) story building
