Project Scope:
The scope of the project was to relocate the Existing Human Resources Suite from the ground floor to the 3rd Floor of the Founders Building. Also included was the renovation of the Environmental Services Locker Room as well as the addition of a front entrance to the Cardiology Suite. Work included complete demolition of the suite, new partitions and offices, repair and removal of existing plumbing, complete upgrade of the HVAC system from steam radiators to a new roof mounted Air Handler. A new store front with sliding doors was added as an air lock to the cardiology suite.
