Project Scope:
Construction of a new two-story short-term rehabilitation building which includes a 1,300sq ft plus physical therapy space, dining areas on each floor and a healing garden which divides the old facility from the new to form a peaceful courtyard getaway. The facility provides the occupants with a semi private room and full service amenities. The south-eastern facing main entrance and lobby area provide an abundance of natural sunlight and warmth and are home to a beautiful indoor water feature and pond.
