Project Scope:

The project consisted of a full renovation to the 4th floor of the Gibbon Building resulting in 34 new ICU Beds, with substantial upgrades to the existing 3rd floor Patient Care Units and a full Infrastructure upgrade including a new 95,000 cfm air handler, ductwork and their corresponding shafts.
