Project Scope:

This project consisted of a (1) story, 25,000 square foot addition that interconnected two existing buildings.  The building addition consisted of 60 new patient beds, (3) central nurse stations, multiple group therapy and dining activity rooms, as well as new staff offices. The project also required an extensive site work package that upgraded all of the existing storm water management systems.  The new storm water system consisted of (4) detention basins, as well as (1) underground detention basin.  Cascades worked closely with the Horsham Township and the Montgomery County Conservation District to ensure all site work and storm water management was completed successfully.
