"P. Agnes recently completed two smaller renovations to critical clinical and patient care areas at Temple Hospital. The addition of new Sleep Center Rooms allowed for expansion of the unit. The renovations were done while the unit was up and running and the modifications were completed with little to no interruptions. They stayed with the project until the installation of all owner supplied equipment was properly wired and connected which made for an easier transition. In the Clinical Labs, they also showcased the ability to conduct renovations and fly under the radar. Their coordination on this project was excellent and allowed for little interruption to ongoing functions."

"I wanted to share with you how pleased I am with the support I am receiving from the P Agnes Company. I have had to do numerous construction projects for our tenants. I have been doing this type of work at Lankenau for nearly ten years. I have previously been involved with jobs your team has serviced. The team at LMC today has really captured success. Mayra MiIgna and Chris Shepler who are running the Suite 650 job for Dr. Lewis, Scharf, and Smith are true professionals with a solid sense of urgency, consistent attention to detail and absolute integrity. Even the labors on this job, Brian and Timmy and Sal make Agnes look great. The one thing that truly stands out is this team’s customer service attitude. David Lincul and Jim Daily and Jeff Ward took us to a new height in delivering superior performance. The first corridor project and the emerging atrium project is a truly challenging. They keep the tenants happy and make all the difference in there wiliness to use us to manage successful results as one complete team. Jim, Jeff and David all think ahead, plan ahead and perform ahead. They reflect the charismatic and energetic approach to managing construction that I see from you every time you’re on the job. Thank you"

"Once again P. Agnes has proven itself to be the go to construction contractor in the Philadelphia market. With the highly successful completion Fagin Hall Renovation at the School of Nursing here at the University of Pennsylvania, I would like to tak the opportunity to express my sincere apprectiation to you and the P. Agnes team. Although the projects 12 week schedule was very aggressive, your team never lost focus, and met every challenge and it is evident in the high qualify of work your grou does."

“P. Agnes performed a complicated life and safety electrical infrastructure renovation in a fully operational National Historic building – quickly within budget and without major disruption to the satisfaction of all. The Project Manager, Brad McMullan, was immensely accommodating, competent, professional and respectful. He consistently went above and beyond, and made the project flow much easier than we anticipated. Since this building is an operational historical landmark work was coordinated with several departments including business offices, catering and museum staffing to ensure completion without interrupting daily events and scheduled banquets, this required working various shifts and extensive planning and coordination.”

"From estimating the project, to project management, to supervision, P. Agnes did not miss a beat. They came in on schedule and within budget on a very difficult interior office renovation, which was fully occupied during the construction process. . Their staff, both internal as well as external were very professional. P. Agnes is a class “A” company and I look forward to having the opportunity to work with them again in the near future." "The Chapel at the new campus of The Episcopal Academy was intended from the start , and in fact now is, the focal point of the campus scheme. It was therefore important that the building be designed and built by special talents. We certainly got that in Episcopal graduate Robert Venturi's design of the chapel which is now named for his class at the School, and we were similarly blessed in our choice of contractors. P. Agnes not only was on time and on budget, but their workmanship on the exterior and interior finishes is extraordinary. It has been called at once ( and not always consistently) serene, soaring welcoming , plain and complex. It is striking from the outside and calming on the inside, which is a testimony to the design of the architect and the skill of the workers who brought it to life. From estimating the project, to project management, to supervision, P. Agnes did not miss a beat. They came in on schedule and within budget on a very difficult interior office renovation, which was fully occupied during the construction process. . "This note is to inform you of my high level of satisfaction with the P. Agnes team assigned to our project. Matt Sirianni's GMP allowances were right on the numbers. His foundation enabled Anthony Weber to cope with an extremely tight schedule and bring the total job in on time. Anthony did a masterful job with the construction meetings and keeping me informed as to the status of the budet. No project can be truly successful without a good Superintendent. Bill Cahill compares favorably with some of my favorite Superintendents I worked with at Jefferson. He always was available, asked the right questions, offered good alternatives and most importantly kept our client happy. I would be very pleased to work with this team again and would recommend them, and because of them, P. Agnes to any one."

"These were two very demanding projects and we are grateful for your commitment and hard work in getting these projects done. And Matt and Joe did a great job setting the projects up so well in the beginning. PAI pulled together a great team and hopefully we will work on more projects together in the future."

"I can’t thank you and your team enough for all you have done. Shawn Carlin, Tom Pitucci and Glenn Klingerman are three of the very best. They were reliable and consistently professional throughout the duration of the project, regardless of the challenge or obstacle at hand. The leadership they exhibited throughout the project was evident in the success of the final product and our satisfaction of the process to get to the end. The attitude and conduct of their teams and crews was exemplary. Their sensitivity and respect toward our patients, their families and our employees was commendable… again a reflection of the leadership of your management team. Thanks for providing a great team to give us a great ED. "

"In the summer of 2006, P. Agnes successfully completed new construction for La Salle on a 25,000 square foot building addition in Newtown, Bucks County, at our Bucks County Center. La Salle’s Office of Facilities Management team felt confident that the project was received by all as a beautiful new addition for the program, and this allowed La Salle to feel confident with P. Agnes as the builder. P. Agnes’ performance on this project greatly enhanced La Salle University’s confidence in teaming with P. Agnes for future projects planned for the Campus. In 2008, La Salle once again selected P. Agnes as the Construction Manager for the Holroyd Hall renovations and expansion. La Salle would like to commend P. Agnes, its Senior Management team, and all the hard efforts undertaken to complete this endeavor successfully."

"I wanted to share some feedback on the projects here at Lankenau during the past year. 6 West Rosengarten was completed in the spring. Tom Pitucci and Ron Keyak were very professional and everything went smooth. The Manager and staff really enjoy their new space. The patient feedback has been very positive. It is amazing the difference this small renovation has made for our medical patients. Also, the 1S/1SW project is going well. We did create some challenges for your team. Ed Jackowski and Ron Keyak have worked with us every step of the way. Both Mary and I feel they have been great partners. Thanks again. I look forward to working with you on the Master Facility project"

“During the construction period for this project, Jeff Ward your Superintendent, had proven to be an effective manager of time, resources, and work effort. I believe that Jeff always had the best interests of the project in mind as he pursued the project renovations, and he would never hesitate to call to discuss a given situation, make suggestions and recommendations. In short, we enjoyed our association with Jeff, as well as with Project Manager Tom Bearn, and I would be pleased to work with them on future projects."

"A new facility for Wills Eye Hospital was a very complex project, not only because it is located in a very dense Center City location but the building contains retail, parking garage, offices, meeting rooms, educational, research and a healthcare facility. Constructing such a building required a lot of coordination, dialogue and just plain tact on the part of the building constructor P. Agnes, Inc. The constructors diplomatic skills and a solid technical and managerial effort assured timely delivery to the project within the owner's budget."

"P. Agnes was very enjoyable to work with. I've built restaurants in every major metropolitan area in the US; obviously some were more difficult than others. Frequently older cities can be a challenge with entrenched people and ways of doing things - that was not the case in this project. P. Agnes laid excellent groundwork, they've been in business long enough to know their territory and their project team was top notch. P. Agnes got us through it all - and it was a lot of fun!"

"Longevity is the best proof of P. Agnes' performance - They've been working at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine since 1989. They are a quality-oriented firm, and they try to assure that the final project is just perfect. The biggest challenge on this project was that we had a bunch of buildings with independent heating and cooling systems. P. Agnes helped us to put in a new central plant, with running trench lines throughout the campus to interconnect the buildings. It was a very hectic time; we had very tight time frames because school was in session much of the time, and we had to get to as much work as possible done over the summer. We have been very pleased with their performance."

"As I have said to you previously I want to acknowledge with deep appreciation the wonderful work of P. Agnes as Construction Managers of our continuing care retirement community, Lions Gate. Working with your firm and those who played a principal role in the construction was a pleasure from beginning to end. The professionalism, care and concern shown by each and every member of the construction team were second to none. "

"It was a pleasure working with Josh, your APM for the first time, and with P Agnes again. He conducted yourself in a very professional and congenial manner and any issues were always resolved to all parties’ satisfaction. I would also like to convey my appreciation of all Mike’s effects on the project as well; he was always the perfect professional and was a great pleasure to work with.."
