Project Accountant

In this role, the Project Accountant will be a part of a project team and be responsible for all project related financial information.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Payable
  • Coordinate all vendor invoices for Project Manager approvals
  • Prepare and review Owner invoices
  • Prepare weekly time sheets
  • Handle all vendor communications regarding payment status, etc.
  • Prepare appropriate financial reports as needed and requested
  • Investigate and resolve any issues
  • Maintain good relationships with coworkers, vendors, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and architects

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred
  • 2+ years of construction accounting experience
  • Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Procore preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be familiar with Monthly Owner requisitions For Payment (AIA G702)
