This project features replacements and repairs to reoccupy the vacant Rush and PSA buildings at Drexel University. The projects requires an interior refurbishment effort. The scope of work is to upgrade the existing building floors 1-3 with new acoustical ceilings in locations where ACT is currently, flooring finishes, wall finishes, HVAC equipment (PTAC’s), and new lighting throughout. Roof repair work will also be performed as needed.
