P. Agnes was recently awarded a project for Imvax, Inc, a Philadelphia-based biotech company developing cancer immunotherapy technologies. For this project, P. Agnes will be building out a space to accommodate their research and production facility. The space will include both office space as well as a laboratory featuring general laboratory space, tissue culture labs, a dark room, a microscope room and an equipment room.
This $3,800,000 fit-out encompasses 16,000 sq ft and is expected to complete in the Fall of this year. The architect on the project is L2P Architects.
