Earlier this month, P. Agnes completed another project for East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, PA. The project featured a $3,000,000, 17,000 sq ft fit out of the Ground Floor of the Sycamore Suites residence hall.  Initially, this was shelled space on the ground floor of the LEED Certified Building, that was completed by P. Agnes back in 2017.  Ultimately, the University decided it would be the perfect location to consolidate their Title IX Department, Health & Wellness Services Staff.

The scope of work included an initial demolition phase followed by the installation of 13 new geothermal heat pumps, as well as the re-purposing of existing heat pumps. New plumbing and sanitary fixtures were installed, as well as new electrical fixtures, low voltage cameras, Wifi access points, fire alarms and security sound control features. Additionally, P. Agnes completed the doors and hardware, framed new layout drywall & acoustical ceilings, and installed new casework in the newly fit-out space.

 P. Agnes is excited about the completion of yet another project with East Stroudsburg University, and we are looking forward to the continuation of our relationship on future projects. Spillman Farmer Architects completed the Architectural & Interior Design of the project.
