Project Accountant: Home Office – Philadelphia, PA
Job Site – Southern New Jersey
We are seeking a Project Accountant to support a multi-million-dollar healthcare construction project in Southern New Jersey. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative project team and play a key role in the financial management of a high-profile project expected to span more than three years.
The Project Accountant will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions for the project, including job costing, budgeting, billing support, and financial reporting. This position will work on-site with the project team and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our Home Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience; construction industry experience preferred.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliation, and job cost accounting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to reconcile financial discrepancies and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Experience with Sage/Timberline, Procore, and Textura preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and accurately assign job cost codes.
- Process subcontractor invoices and ensure proper cost coding.
- Submit project labor timesheets to the Home Office.
- Coordinate monthly labor, material, and subcontractor costs for inclusion in owner billings.
- Review project cost reports and assist the project team in monitoring budget performance.
- Assist with change order processing and documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor contracts, insurance compliance, and required documentation.
- Prepare and maintain project cost reports and other financial reporting as required.
- Support the project team with additional accounting and administrative functions as needed.
Project Manager: Philadelphia, PA
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of assigned construction projects from planning through closeout. This position serves as the primary point of contact between Owners, Architects, subcontractors,
and project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and project specifications. This position is for individuals who possess a minimum of five (5)
years of Project Management experience in Commercial, Healthcare, or High Education construction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate and maintain communication between Owners, Architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Oversee subcontractor and prime contractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and contract obligations
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, critical milestones, and key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients, design teams, and company leadership
- Coordinate project closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, training, and warranty requirements

Assistant Project Manager: Philadelphia, PA
The Assistant Project Manager supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception through closeout. This position works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors,
and design professionals to facilitate communication, maintain project documentation, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications. This position is ideal for individuals
seeking to develop their project management skills within the Commercial and/or Healthcare construction industry.
- Manage the flow of project information between subcontractors, design professionals, and internal project teams
- Prepare, distribute, and track submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and project document revisions
- Support Project Managers with project scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and coordination efforts
- Communicate regularly with field staff to ensure project objectives, schedules, and specifications are understood and achieved
- Maintain organized project records, logs, and documentation throughout all phases of construction

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for leading and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed
safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all plans, specifications, and quality standards. This position is for individuals who possess a minimum of ten (10) years of Supervision experience in Commercial and/or Healthcare.
Hospital, Mechanical, Sitework, and Utility experience are a plus.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all daily site activities, directing subcontractors and field personnel to maintain productivity/workflow
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Monitor project schedules and manpower, conducting daily reviews to ensure timely progress and efficient resource allocation
- Ensure all work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards through ongoing inspections and oversight
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison, communicating daily progress, issues, and coordination needs with the Project Manager/stakeholders
- Lead site meetings including foreman coordination, safety meetings, and toolbox talks to align teams and address upcoming work
- Support project administration by tracking RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, logistics, and site documentation
