Pictured: Jefferson Health New Jersey – Infusion Suite

P. Agnes has recently completed two healthcare projects for Jefferson Health New Jersey.

The first project was the Infusion Suite Expansion project in Washington Township, New Jersey. This multi-phased project covered a total of 10,500 sq ft and involved the expansion of an existing infusion suite.  While the existing suite remained operational, P. Agnes provided a new infusion suite with both private and semi-private infusion bays.

This new infusion suite has its own dedicated pharmacy to comply with new Department of Health practices.  In addition to the new infusion bays and dedicated pharmacy, P. Agnes constructed a new waiting room, exam rooms, staff lounges, blood draw stations, and additional staff and patient support areas.  The new space utilizes dedicated mechanical system fed from the roof above.  While we worked within each individual phase, all other areas were occupied and fully functioning. NORR was the architect on this project

The second project, also in Washington Township, NJ, was an infrastructure project for the new Varian Linear Accelerator equipment that involved the complete demolition of the existing room finishes.  Prior to the start of the project, the existing equipment was removed from the room/building that was originally constructed by P. Agnes.   The successful completion of the project required installation of a new Filtrene Chiller Unit for the new Linear Accelerator machine, the installation of steel for sliding doors, and extensive communication and coordination with Varian to ensure the complex electrical infrastructure was accurately constructed. Kore Design was the architect on this project.
