Office Conversion

This office converesion featured reinventing a former Smith Kline manufacturing building as class-A office space. The work included  infrastructure upgrades, core and shell modernization, fit-outs to over 80% of the building, new air handlers, switchgear and chillers, new facades, new formal entrances, elevator towers, and overbuilds and several tenant fit-outs. The project presented several challenges including a tight schedule and budget, managing poor weather conditions, working around a tenant, relocating a data center, and getting through the permitting process. Despite the challenges, the project was completed successfully through teamwork, communication, and performance. The continual scheduling with the tenants on a daily basis made it easier for us to plan our work.
