East Stroudsburg University

Health & Wellness Services Center

After finishing the second phase of the East Stroudsburg University Sycamore Suites project in the summer of 2017, the basement of the building was left unfinished, as the University hadn’t yet decided how best to utilize the space. After consideration, they decided to consolidate their Health and Wellness Services and Staff into the shell space.

The scope of work included an initial demolition phase followed by the installation of 13 new geothermal heat pumps, as well as the repurposing of existing heat pumps. New plumbing and sanitary fixtures were installed, as well as new electrical fixtures, low voltage cameras, Wifi access points, fire alarms and security sound control features. Additionally, P. Agnes completed the doors and hardware, framed new drywall & ACT, and installed new casework in the newly fit-out space.
