This extension expanded the Radiation Oncology Department to included three radiation therapy vaults, a Women’s Center, research, and teaching laboratories.
There was also an infrastructure improvement phase. This was the replacement of two large centrifugal chillers, associated pumps and cooling towers while the building remained occupied and the chilled water plant operational. It also consisted of the construction of a five (5) story 600 car parking garage, pedestrian connector and a water tower refinishing project, all being completed concurrently.
