Netrality

Located on the mezzanine level of 401 N Broad, lab suites 6 and 7 were fit-out to serve future life sciences companies. The work included new walls, doors, ceilings, roofing, finishes, lighting, general construction, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, and tele/data installations, including security systems, equipment, and wiring. 

The project also featured the installation of specialized equipment within the lab spaces, including vacuum pumps and an acid-neutralization system. In order to support the lab spaces, our team completed an overhaul of the facility’s mechanical system.
