P. Agnes was recently awarded the Law Enforcement Health Benefits (LEHB) Health and Wellness Center project, adding to a series of recent P. Agnes projects located along Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia, PA. This project features the construction of a new Health & Wellness Center for the purpose of providing fitness training, and behavioral and dietary counseling to its membership. The project consists of the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new 22,000 sq ft, two-story building containing office spaces and a fitness center to address LEHB’s needs.
Law Enforcement Health Benefits is a non-profit organization managing the health insurance program for the Philadelphia Police Department/Police union. The architect on this project is Jacobs Wyper.
