P. Agnes was recently awarded by Cape Regional Health System to provide Construction Management Services for the Radiology and Emergency Department Expansion project in Cape May Court House, NJ.
The multi-phase project includes the fit out of an existing space for the expansion of the Radiology Department which will house two General Radiology rooms, one Interventional Radiology Operating Room, a second CT scanner, one multi-purpose imaging room along with a six bay recovery holding area and ancillary support spaces. Once the existing Radiology Department is relocated into the newly renovated space, the existing Radiology Department will be demolished and fit-out for the expansion of the Emergency Department. The new Emergency Department expansion will house new registration and triage space, nine new bays/rooms, nurse and physician care stations, and the ancillary support spaces to make the space functional.
Construction for the project is expected to start this summer. During the renovation of these spaces, the Emergency Department entrance, waiting spaces, triage function, and supporting administrative functions will remain operational.
