The College of Physicians of Philadelphia is one of the oldest professional medical organizations in the country, and recently selected P. Agnes to serve as the Construction Manager for the Mütter Museum, basement and ancillary upgrades project. As part of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, the Mütter Museum is a medical museum located in Center City which contains a collection of anatomical and pathological specimens, wax models, and antique medical equipment.
This project includes upgrading collections storage, laboratory space, fire safety infrastructure, drainage and moisture protection, and other improvements in the basement of the College’s National Historic Landmark building. This initial project will pave the way for future renovations of the upper floors of the College.
Construction for the project started in August, and is expected to be completed in March of 2023.
